RULES
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older, except employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of AFR and its partners.
Giveaway Period: The giveaway starts on December 12, 2024 and ends on December 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM (EST). Entries received after the giveaway period will not be considered.
Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected on December 20, 2024, from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email on or after December 20, 2024. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If no response is received within this time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize: The winner will receive one (1) AFR Ultimate Engine Performance Upgrade Kit. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.
Taxes and Fees: Any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
General Conditions: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by these official terms and conditions. AFR reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at its discretion. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow AFR to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability: AFR is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or omissions that may occur in connection with the giveaway. Participants agree to release AFR and its affiliates from any liability arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or the prize.
